Semi-transparent 0.8 mm thick plastic cards on PP (polypropylene) ViPrint transparent. Rough surface with a fine sand texture. Certificates: Toy standard EN 71/3; 94/62 Directive: RoHS - DEEE Directive, REACH, EU N°10/2011 Directive.
Opis
We print 0.8 mm thick plastic cards on PP plastic, translucent with texture. Printing with UV-curing pigments, one-sided full colour printing and optional white colour. Transparent plastic business cards are characterised by exceptional durability and stiffness comparable to a credit card. Dimensions 85×54 mm, rounded corners. Great for business cards, loyalty cards, club cards, discount cards, loyalty cards, etc.
ATTENTION: We do not recommend designing the print to the edge, as UV varnish is very hard and the die-cutter will chip it off when rounding the corners.
"coming out" of the card. We recommend maintaining a 3 mm margin around the edge. Due to a possible 1-2 mm die-cutting tolerance, we do not recommend designing a frame.
