Packaging

Parcels are protected in a reliable manner. We send large parcels in boxes made of thick 5-ply cardboard, and smaller parcels in special bubble envelopes or smaller boxes made of 3-ply cardboard.

Carriers

The way in which the products are dispatched is chosen by the customer during the order finalisation process. Currently packages are sent by:

Delivery costs

Shipping costs are calculated for the entire order in question. They depend on the weight, the type of packaging of all products in the basket. Packaging costs are included in the delivery price.

Delivery time

Delivery times are in the vast majority of cases 1 working day within Poland. However, we do not always guarantee such deadlines. They may extend up to 3 working days depending on the carrier selected. The delivery time for international packages via UPS is 1 to 5 working days within Europe. Standard Post Office delivery time is 6-14 days (Europe), 7-28 days (Rest of the world).

Tracking

Each consignment that is sent from us has its own number and can be tracked on the websites of the shipping companies.
